A BILL to repeal section ten, article two, chapter sixty of the
code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one,
as amended, relating to the location of the offices of the
alcohol beverage control administration.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. ALCOHOL BEVERAGE CONTROL COMMISSIONER.
§1. Repeal of section relating to the location of the offices of
the alcohol beverage control administration.
Section ten, article two, chapter sixty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is
hereby repealed.
